Unfortunately, you can’t sell your car without our express permission. If you want to discuss this give us a call and we’ll be happy to talk through your options.
In the unlikely event that the vehicle you’ve financed through us has issues, we recommend contacting the dealer first. If they’re unable to resolve the problem, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
If it’s been less than 14 days since you signed your finance agreement, then you have the right to withdraw. However, this only applies to your finance, not the vehicle. If you do withdraw, you will owe the total amount paid for the loan, plus a daily rate of interest.
If you’ve recently moved house or need to update any of your personal contact information, let us know by calling the team or sending an email.
If you pay by Direct Debit but have changed bank account, give us a call on 0161 850 7823 to update your details. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 days to set up a new Direct Debit instruction.
Yes! We can accept regular overpayments or you can make an additional payment at any time via bank transfer or debit card over the phone.
Once you’ve made your final payment, the car will be all yours! You’re now free to sell it or use it as you wish.
